Uniwersytet Ignatianum w Krakowie (UIK) (Ignatianum University in Cracow, formerly  Jesuit University Ignatianum in Krakow / Akademia Ignatianum w Krakowie – AIK) is an catholic institution with state rights, run by the Province of Southern Poland of the Society of Jesus. University refer to the centuries-old Jesuit educational tradition based mainly on Ignatian pedagogy. The university has its own scientific publishing house and runs eight scientific journals.

Uniwersytet Ignatianum w Krakowie UIK conducts research in the following disciplines: philosophy, cultural and religious sciences, literature studies, pedagogy/education, political science and administration, psychology, family sciences.
