Objectives
To help children aged 5 to 15 to develop pro-social skills, positive interpersonal relationships and thus foster social coexistence and individual empowerment.
Methodology
The methodology of the ProSocial Values project is based on a wide range of activities designed to help children develop pro-social skills and positive interpersonal relationships. These activities include games, role-playing exercises, group discussions and collaborative projects. The programme also focuses on environmental education and social inclusion, with activities that promote environmental awareness and understanding of cultural differences.
To this end, work was carried out with primary and secondary schools, involving children aged 5 to 15. Programme facilitators were trained to guide the children through these activities and foster a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
The methodology is based on a participatory and child-centred approach, where children are actively involved in the learning process and encouraged to express their opinions and feelings. The programme facilitators worked with the children to develop pro-social skills such as empathy, peaceful conflict resolution, effective communication and teamwork.

Enablers
The ProSocial Values programme had several facilities for its implementation and execution, including the collaboration of primary and secondary schools in several European countries, the training of trained facilitators to guide the children through the designed activities, the support of researchers and experts in the field of education and social psychology, the availability of materials and resources to support the facilitators' work with the children, and the active involvement of the children's parents and guardians to encourage the continuity of the skills learned at home.
Barriers
The programme also faced some barriers to its implementation, such as the need to adapt it to different cultures and local contexts, the lack of financial and human resources in some schools, the reluctance of some parents and guardians to participate or support the program at home, and the lack of time available in the school schedule to implement all the activities designed.

One of the goals of the programme is to foster positive interpersonal relationships among participating children. By developing prosocial skills, such as empathy, cooperation and conflict resolution, children can learn to establish healthier and more satisfying relationships with their classmates and teachers.
In addition, the programme also promotes social inclusion and respect for cultural and linguistic differences, which can help create a more welcoming and safe school environment for all students. By feeling valued and accepted in their school environment, children can develop a sense of belonging and emotional connection to their school and classmates.
Grade of linkage with the purpose of Let's Care
The ProSocial Values program can be a valuable tool in the fight against school failure and/or dropout by fostering pro-social skills, positive interpersonal relationships and social inclusion in the school environment, although it is not the primary objective of the programme.
Grade of evidence about impact and political relevance
The ProSocial Values program has had a significant impact on the development of prosocial skills, positive interpersonal relationships and environmental awareness among participating children. During the pilot phase of the program, more than 3,000 students from primary and secondary schools in several European countries, including Spain, Italy, Portugal and Romania, were involved. The results of the pilot phase of the program were very positive, with an overall average improvement of 1.81 points in the prosocial skills of participating students. In addition, an increase in environmental awareness and social inclusion among the children was observed.
In terms of policy relevance, the ProSocial Values program has been recognized by the European Commission as a good practice in the field of education for citizenship and social inclusion. The program has also received financial support from the European Union's Erasmus+ Program for its implementation and evaluation.

Reproducibility
The ProSocial Values programme is replicable and has been designed to be implemented in different educational settings. During the pilot phase of the program, it was carried out in primary and secondary schools in several European countries, including Spain, Italy, Portugal and Romania.
The programme has been designed to be adaptable to different cultural and linguistic contexts, making it replicable in different educational settings. In addition, the program provides a detailed guide for the implementation of the prosocial activities in the classroom, which facilitates replication by other educators.
