Objectives
To guide pre-school and primary school teachers in order to support them with innovative approaches and teach strategies for their use with talented and gifted pupils in their classroom.
Methodology
The methodology of the ProSocial Values project is based on a wide range of activities designed to help children develop pro-social skills and positive interpersonal relationships. These activities include games, role-playing exercises, group discussions and collaborative projects. The programme also focuses on environmental education and social inclusion, with activities that promote environmental awareness and understanding of cultural differences.
To this end, work was carried out with primary and secondary schools, involving children aged 5 to 15. Programme facilitators were trained to guide the children through these activities and foster a safe and respectful environment for all participants. The methodology is based on a participatory and child-centred approach, where children are actively involved in the learning process and encouraged to express their opinions and feelings. The programme facilitators worked with the children to develop pro-social skills such as empathy, peaceful conflict resolution, effective communication and teamwork.

Enablers
The teacher training programme designed under the project has had several advantages in its implementation and delivery. Firstly, the programme was designed based on real needs identified through surveys and questionnaires conducted among parents, teachers, administrators and children in the partner countries. In addition, the programme content is practical and easily applicable because it includes innovative and effective strategies and skilled animations. Another important advantage was the training of trainers which was carried out in Italy.
In addition, a website was designed to publish manuals, posters, brochures and an e-newspaper on the strategies used in teacher training. National and international seminars and conferences were also organised to share the results of the project. Overall, the programme seems to have been successful in its implementation and execution due to its practical approach, the collaboration between partner countries and the effective dissemination of project results.
