D1.4. Engagement strategy & Qualitative mapping

The Engagement strategy and Qualitative mapping of relevant stakeholders related to the education field at local, national and international level is a document that will serve as base to maximize the strategic involvement of all types of stakeholders. This document is divided into two main sections: 1) description of the engagement plan to maximize the involvement of strategic stakeholders of different types. 2) initial database of educational stakeholders in each partner country that could potentially benefit from the involvement in the project and contribute to its development. The mapping process is in its initial stage and will be updated for the rest of the project. The ongoing commitment to updating and refining the stakeholder database emphasises the dynamic nature of the education sector and LET’S CARE adaptability to it. Through the strategies defined in this document we aim to create a strong network of stakeholders, leveraging their strengths and expertise to enrich the project's vision and contribute to the promotion of Safe Education at various levels.
