Cidalia, diversity consultancy is a social enterprise founded in 2008 by professionals in the Social Sciences and with experience in the field of migration, being one of the first Spanish consultancy firms specialising in this area. The Cidalia team has extensive experience in advising on public policies on migration, equality, the fight against racism and xenophobia, the management of diversity and social development.

The areas in which our action has an impact are applied social research, advice and technical support in the development of local and regional immigration plans, the design of public policy evaluation tools, training and capacity building, organisational strengthening, development of specialised materials, application of new technologies in the areas of specialization.
