The importance of communication and relationship between adult educators in the growth of each person is a responsibility that we struggle to recognize, as well as intergenerational dialogue. How can we help ourselves to personally manage horizontal and equal communication among colleagues and with pupils? We will reflect together starting with generating terms such as participation, dialogue and shared decision-making.
