Dealing with difficult classes? We try - 31 March 2025

The meeting focuses on the fundamental importance of the educational relationship to build a school ‘that does well’. We work on effective communication and how the ‘emotional current account’ can nurture a healthy school environment. It also discusses how to redefine the concept of error, transforming it from a problem into a learning opportunity, and questions the idea of control, promoting trust and autonomy instead. Finally, the topic of differentiation of teaching proposals is explored.
