Free course to learn how to make bread and pastries

Within the European project Erasmus + No barrier to employment for disabled, adult and unemployed boys and girls, approved by the European Knowledge Hub schools network – IC Bosco Chiesanuova 

The course is open to everyone, disabled boys and girls, parents, support teachers, unemployed women, etc. aged 12 to 99 and will be held for 3 consecutive Saturdays at the Luigi Carnacina Hotel School in Bardolino. There are 20 places available. On Friday, everything necessary to participate will be communicated to the writers.

Specific objectives and tasks

During the baking and pastry making course you will learn the basic notions necessary for making baked products. The basic techniques of kneading, leavening and cooking raw materials and semi-finished products will be covered, paying particular attention to food labels, local agri-food specialties, organic food preparations and those for celiacs.

At the end of the course, a certificate of participation in a public body course will be issued.
