In April 2024, the Let’s Care team from Portugal had two communications related to the projects work accepted to be presented at renowned international conferences!
One will take place in July 2024 in Riga (Latvia), participating at the 45th Annual Conference of the International School Psychology Association: Building effective teams to support all children. Here, the research team will present results from a qualitative analysis of four individual interviews with parents and two focus groups with teachers from Portuguese schools. Analysis is currently undergoing, exploring barriers and facilitators of academic success within a safe learning environment, both at home and at school.
Another will take place in September 2024 in Chania (Greece), participating at the 9th ENSEC Conference: Social Emotional Learning for Lifetime Achievement. In this conference, the team will present results from a systematic literature review conducted within Let’s Care project and focused on the role of relationships with parents and peers for school engagement and academic achievement.
