The Polo Europeo della Conoscenza is launching a research group on the origins of educational and humanistic awareness with and for children. The group's objectives are: to offer opportunities for vertical and horizontal exchange on the neuropsychopedagogical dynamics that lead children to develop an educational and humanistic awareness; to offer support from experts in the field to teachers seeking improvement. Coordinators: Patrizia Granata, Marco Inglesiss, Olivier Tuquet, and Laura Andreotti.
Mathematics Research Group in Action: Working together to create surprising, beautiful, and effective mathematics accessible to all. The group is open to all teachers at all levels, both public and private, within the Polo Europeo della Conoscenza network. Teachers from educational institutions outside the network will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
The research groups on practices for developing nonviolent education arose from the need to address the needs of teachers from various parts of Italy. They emerged following a process of listening and sharing initiated by the Edumana network, developed in collaboration with the European Knowledge Hub network. They also represent the continuation of the National Schools' Forum for Nonviolent Education, the first of which took place in Milan on November 23, 2024. The next will be held in Verona on Saturday, November 8, 2025.
